When it comes to green beauty anything, it can be difficult to find ones that perform just as good as conventional ones.
And that’s no different when looking for the best non toxic eyeliner. Over the years, I’ve tried a lot of different types and brands and I want to share the ones I love and which ones I don’t.
So let’s get to it!

The Best Non Toxic Eyeliner: Pencils
Ere Perez Jojoba Eye Pencil:
This is my most recent purchase and one that I will continue to purchase.
- Glides on so clean and effortlessly.
- The brown and black are both amazing in terms of colour and saturation.
- Lots of fun shades if that’s what you’re into.
- As someone who is older now (42! thank you), I love how this looks on my eyes and how it goes on as I don’t need to pull or stretch that delicate eye area.

Alima Pure, Natural Definition Eye Pencil:
I have also used this one and love it as well.
- Glides on effortlessly.
- True, pure deep black colour.
- Super smooth on the eyelid due to moisturizing extracts.
- Stays on all day.
- Washes off easily ensuring no tugging at your sensitive eye area.
- Can smudge slightly right after application in the corner of the eye.

Hynt Beauty, Forte High Definition Eye Liner
- Does a decent job at lining your eyes.
- Not as smooth as the Alima Pure eyeliner above.
- Doesn’t smudge and stays on all day.
- Sharpening this pencil was a little more difficult.

The Best Non Toxic Liquid Eyeliner
Every now and then, I love the look of liquid eyeliner. It definitely requires a bit more effort and precision, so for this reason, I usually save it for special occasions.
In the past, I used to do liquid liner all the time, so I definitely understand the importance of finding a good one.
100% Pure, Black Tea Long Last Liquid Eye Liner
- Goes on quite easily with the brush.
- It dries very fast, so fixing a mistake can be difficult.
- It can also peel off in certain areas if you do end up going over areas that need fixing.
- Doesn’t smudge and will stay on all day.
- Easily washes off at the end of the day/night.
- Once you’re used to the application, it does get easier!
Tip: less is more with this product, so be sure to wipe the applicator on the side of the tube so you don’t use too much product.

Brow Pencil
In keeping with the theme of all things eyes, the brows are just as important.
My favourite product BY FAR is Kimiko Beauty Fine Eyebrow Pencil.
- Provides smooth, fine strokes that mimic your natural brow hairs.
- Looks very natural.
- Stays on all day and easily comes off at night when washing up.
- The brush at the end of the pencil makes for great blending and brushing your brow hairs up.
