Description
These healthy cookie dough bites are easy to make, gluten free, vegan and use only eight simple ingredients.

- 1 1/4 cup oat flour
- 1/2 cup peanut butter natural
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp coconut oil melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- pinch nutmeg ground
- pinch cinnamon ground, optional
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a medium sized bowl, add the oat flour, peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon. Mix well using a spoon or your hands.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and mix again.
- Using a small cookie scoop or your hands, scoop the cookie dough into balls and place in a container with a lid. Place in the fridge until ready to enjoy!
Notes
Bake the flour first: if you’re worried about eating raw flour, simply spread the flour on a baking sheet and bake at 325ºF for 7 to 8 minutes. Then proceed with the recipe as is.
