For the Dressing
For the Slaw
  • 10 ozs Broccoli Cole Slaw Mix
  • 1 bunch Mint fresh, chiffonade
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro chopped
  • 1/3 cup Peanuts Unsalted
  1. Whisk together the dressing ingredients in a small bowl.

  2. Add the cole slaw mix to a large bowl and add the dressing on top. Top with mint, cilantro and peanuts. Serve and enjoy!
