A delicious Fall-inspired granola recipe that has a delicious pumpkin flavour and is naturally grain free.
Preheat the oven to 300 F.
Add the dry ingredients into a large bowl (almonds through to chia seeds).
In a medium sized bowl add the wet ingredients (maple syrup through to spices and sea salt).
Add the wet ingredients into the large bowl with the dry ingredients and stir well to combine.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour on the granola mixture, make sure it is evenly laid out. Bake for 50 minutes, flipping and turning the granola every 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before transferring to a large container. It should be kept in an air tight container.
