Preheat oven to 425 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix together the miso paste through to the ginger in a small bowl. Cut the cauliflower into florets and rub the marinade over the cauliflower, coating every piece.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and drizzle the sesame oil over top. Serve and enjoy!
Make sure that the cauliflower is well spread out on the sheet (not touching each other) to ensure it gets crispy.
Serve topped with some sesame seeds and chopped cilantro if you wish.
