Preheat the oven to 320 F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Add the sunflower seeds through to the water in a large mixing bowl and stir to combine. Let it sit for about 20 minutes.
Spread the seed mixture on the parchment paper using your hands to press down, so it's even and flat and fairly thin.
Bake for 60 minutes, rotating the sheet halfway through. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before cutting or breaking into squares or any other shape you wish.
