Description
This one minute vegan mug cake combines tahini and chocolate and is perfect when you want a quick sweet treat.
Ingredients

- 3 tbsp almond milk unsweetened, or sub another type of milk
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1 1/2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 1/2 tbsp gluten-free all purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/8 tsp kosher salt
- 2 tbsp dark chocolate chopped, or chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a microwave safe mug, add the almond milk, tahini, coconut sugar and vanilla extract. Whisk well to incorporate.
- Add in the flour, baking powder and salt and whisk well with a fork to ensure it’s all incorporated. Be sure to get the bottom and sides so the batter is well mixed. Then fold in the chocolate.
- Microwave on high for 80 seconds. Remove, let cool for 2 to 3 minutes. Top with ice cream if desired. Enjoy!
