Miso Cookies: Easy & Gluten Free

You may be wondering why you’d want to put miso in cookies, and I’m here to tell you why. Miso adds a depth of flavour and savoury goodness to an otherwise basic chocolate chunk cookie. And the truth is, it’s not overpowering at all. You’ll barely notice it in there, but the slight savoury flavour really adds a nice touch. And these miso cookies are gluten free and grain free too. The added benefit of brown butter ghee keeps these paleo friendly and adds even more flavour too.

Paleo Chocolate Pudding with Gelatin

Curious about collagen, or what about gelatin? In this blog post I am sharing with you my favourite paleo chocolate pudding made with gelatin and coconut milk. As much as I love my chocolate chia avocado pudding, I wanted to create something a bit different. I tasted a very similar version of this pudding at one of my favourite healthy restaurants in Toronto and knew that I wanted to recreate this at home. It took a couple of tries, but I figured out a way to make it that I think you’ll love too.
