how to become a holistic nutritionistOne of the most popular questions I get via Instagram is without a doubt how to become a Holistic Nutritionist and create your own business. It was a good indication that I needed to actually share my whole story on what led me to this career, how I got started and what school I went to. The field of alternative health and wellness and holistic nutrition seems to be growing at rapid speed and I love that this shift is happening. I believe very strongly in the power of alternative health, but that doesn’t mean I also don’t appreciate and recommend western medicine as well. I think that there is a time and place for both and it is never my place to judge one or the other or anyone else that decides what is right for them….
