
I’ve been making these roasted carrots for a long time and I don’t plan on stopping. They’re sweet, sticky and savory. Every time I make them for someone, they love them just as much as I do. They sort of taste like candy. Not like candy, candy, but you know, delicious just the same. Even though carrots are already naturally sweet, I still like adding a drizzle of maple syrup to them. These maple roasted carrots have a savory miso dressing that helps to balance the flavours.
