Description

A super charged brain boosting mushroom latte to help keep you focused and energized.


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup milk I used almond
  • 1/2 tsp ashwagandha powder
  • 1 sachet of lions mane
  • 1.2 tsp maca
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 sachet of collagen
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Raw honey to taste optional and/or add a pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Heat your milk in a small pot on the stove over medium heat.
  2. Once heated through, add to your blender and add all the other ingredients, blend well.
  3. Serve and add any additional toppings like cinnamon or bee pollen.
