These easy crackers are made with tons of seeds and nori for a boost of minerals and added nutrition.

- 1 cup raw sunflower seeds, shelled
- 3/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 5 sheets nori large sheets, chopped in small squares
- 1/4 cup flax seeds, whole
- 3 tbsp psyllium husk
- 1 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 320 F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Add the sunflower seeds through to the water in a large mixing bowl and stir to combine. Let it sit for about 20 minutes.
- Spread the seed mixture on the parchment paper using your hands to press down, so it’s even and flat and fairly thin.
- Bake for 60 minutes, rotating the sheet halfway through. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before cutting or breaking into squares or any other shape you wish.
