Description
This easy vegan s’more mug cake is the perfect single serve dessert. Made with simple everyday ingredients, it takes only minutes to make.

- 3 tbsp almond milk unsweetened, or sub another type of milk
- 1 1/2 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 2 tbsp all purpose flour
- 2 tbsp graham cracker crumbs/flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- Pinch kosher salt
- 2 tbsp chocolate chips
- 1 large marshmallow
Instructions
- In a microwave safe mug, pour in the almond milk, avocado oil and sugar. Whisk well.
- Add in the all purpose flour, graham cracker crumbs/flour, baking powder, salt and about ¾ of the chocolate chips. Whisk well with a fork until well combined.
- Place the marshmallow on top and remaining chocolate chips. Transfer to the microwave and cook for 70-80 seconds, until just cooked through.
- Let it sit for a few minutes, before digging in. Enjoy!
