- 150 g MSC certified Smoked Wild Salmon
- 200 g Dairy Free Cashew Cream Cheese or use regular dairy cream cheese
- 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt, or omit)
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice plus zest from one lemon
- 1 1/2 tsp Capers
- 1/4 cup Dill roughly chopped
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend/pulse until smooth and creamy and some chunks of salmon remain. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 3 to 4 days. You can refresh it with a bit more lemon juice if needed.
