Ingredients
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or other milk)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt)
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
- 2 leaves romaine lettuce (chopped and frozen)
- 2 tbsps peanut butter (plus more for drizzling in glass)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, add all ingredients and blend on high until smooth.
- Drizzle extra peanut butter in a tall glass and pour the smoothie in. Enjoy!
