Ingredients

  • 150 g MSC certified Smoked Wild Salmon
  • 200 g Dairy Free Cashew Cream Cheese or use regular dairy cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice plus zest from one lemon
  • 1 1/2 tsp Capers
  • 1/4 cup Dill roughly chopped

Instructions


  1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend/pulse until smooth and creamy and some chunks of salmon remain. Serve and enjoy!
