  1. Preheat your oven to 325ºF (163ºC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl add all of the ingredients from the pumpkin seeds through to the turmeric and mix well with a spoon. Place on the baking sheet and press down gently with your fingers so that the mixture is evenly laid out.
  3. Bake for 8 minutes, remove from the oven and flip the pieces over with a spatula. Bake for an additional 7 to 8 minutes. Remove and let cool. Then store in an airtight container.
