Description

Easy and delicious instant pot steel cut oatmeal with chocolate, cherries and a coconut whipped cream. Whip this up in under 25 minutes!

Instructions

  1. Add the oats, water, cocoa powder and cinnamon to your Instant Pot. Give it a quick stir, attach the lid, ensure that the device is set to “sealing” and press manual/pressure cooker and set the timer for 4 minutes on high pressure.
  2. Once the oats are finished cooking, turn it off (do not let it go to keep warm) and allow the steam to release naturally.
  3. Once the steam has released, open the lid carefully. Add the dairy free milk and stir to combine.
  4. Portion into bowls and add toppings like coconut whipped cream, cherries, hazelnuts and chocolate.
