Description
This high protein chocolate mousse is made with greek yogurt, dark chocolate and a bit of chocolate protein powder.

- 4 ozs dark chocolate (70%, chopped)
- 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt (full fat is best)
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2 tbsps chocolate protein powder (whey)
- 2 tbsps honey
- 1-2 tbsps milk (start with 1 tbsp)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch kosher salt
Instructions
- Fill a small pot about halfway with water and place a heat safe bowl over top. Bring the water to a boil over medium heat and add the chopped chocolate to the bowl. Melt the chocolate, stirring often and then set the bowl aside and let it cool slightly.
- In a stand mixer with the whisk attachment, add the yogurt, cocoa powder, protein powder, cooled chocolate, honey, milk, vanilla and salt.
- Turn the mixer on and whip until well combined and smooth. Pour the mixture into a container and place in the fridge for at least four hours, ideally overnight.
- Serve with berries and shaved chocolate on top. Enjoy!
