Description

This healthy no cook peanut butter freezer fudge is easy to make, tastes decadent and contains only four ingredients.

Instructions

  1. Line a 8½ by 4½-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium sized bowl, add the peanut butter, honey, coconut oil and salt and mix well to combine. Reserve about 1/4 to 1/3 cup of this and then pour the remaining fudge into your prepared pan.
  3. With the reserved mix, add the cocoa powder, 1 tbsp coconut oil and 1 tbsp honey and mix well.
  4. Take the chocolate peanut butter mix and pour it in a plastic bag and snip some of the tip off. Then drizzle this into the peanut butter fudge in lines going up and down in one smooth motion. Using the tip of a sharp knife, go up and down in the opposite direction.
  5. Place this in your freezer on a flat surface to set for about 1 to 2 hours. Then remove, and slice into squares.
