As a Holistic Nutritionist I see the amount of stress people are under on a daily basis and finding ways to deal with this using both lifestyle and diet is essential. I can remember when I first started taking these functional mushrooms (it was reishi to help with sleep) and I was blown away by how well it worked. I was working a full time job, going to school part time for nutriton, a second part time job AND doing my best to build a business so I was under A LOT of stress. My sleep was suffering as a result and I turned to these mushrooms to help me out. After trying so many of these products I began to see a difference in how my body responded to stress. Because let's face it- stress isn't going anywhere, it is all about how you manage it. I trust these products 100% and recommend them because I know they work.
