Easy, flavourful breakfast meatballs that are perfect for meal prep, batch cooking and incorporating into a full breakfast.

- 2 lb. ground pork
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- black pepper (to taste)
- 2 tsp fennel seeds (ground)
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp dried sage leaves
- 3/4 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400℉.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients from the pork through to the thyme. Do not over mix.
- Form the pork mixture into balls, using about 2 1/2 tablespoons of meat per ball. Use a cookie scoop to make this quick and easy.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet and cook for 11 to 12 minutes. Turn the oven to broil and cook for an additional three to four minutes, until slightly browned on top and cooked through.
