A healthy energy ball that tastes like birthday cake? Yes please! These are easy to make and taste delicious.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup coconut butter
- 5 medjool dates
- 1/2 cup rolled oats use GF if necessary
- 1/2 cup raw cashews
- 2 scoops vital proteins optional
- 1-2 tsp. pearl powder optional
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 tsp. coconut oil
- 2 tbsp. hemp hearts
- Sprinkles for garnish and rolling
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a food processor or blender, except the sprinkles.
- Pulse until combined and mixture holds together in your hands.
- It may seem oily, but once they firm up in the freezer or fridge, that will disappear.
- Add the sprinkles to the dough and roll into balls.
- Place in the fridge or freezer to firm up a bit.
