Hi! I'm Jaclyn, a Holistic Nutritionist, food lover and recipe creator!
I began sharing recipes back in 2013 when I fell in love with food and began getting creative in the kitchen. Shortly after graduating from nutrition school, I began recipe testing and creating for clients along with various food and nutrition companies. This taught me so many invaluable skills including how to create delicious, easy and healthy recipes that are foolproof and most importantly taste delicious.
Working with clients who were unsure in the kitchen and short on time, I realized I could easily share my recipes and teach them how to cook delicious and easy meals.
They needed someone to create easy meals that were tried and tested and could be made in under one hour. This is where I THRIVE! I truly love creating easy, healthy and delicious meals that are packed with flavor, taste gourmet but won't require much time from you.
As an entrepreneur, I know time is valuable which is why I created this e-cookbook and continue to share my recipes and tips. You won't need anything else other than the food (which is listed out in an organized and easy to follow list!).

All recipes are nutrient dense meaning they are made with natural, whole foods ingredients. All recipes are gluten-free and most are dairy-free. There is a mix of 15 one pot breakfast recipes and 40 one pot dinner recipes.
Each recipe is on average 4 servings. Leftover instructions are available for each recipe, with most freezing well.
This cookbook is a PDF which can be read on computers, tablets, and smartphones. (No special e-reader required!) They are formatted to print on regular 8.5×11″ computer paper so you’re welcome to print a copy if needed.

Only a few recipes in this eBook are made with a pressure cooker, which can be made on the stovetop as well. All other recipes are made using standard kitchen cookware and appliances.
All recipes take less than one hour to prep and cook. Because all of the recipes are made in one pot or dish, you'll have less to clean up as well.
There are plenty of substitution recommendations for each and every recipe. Simply swap out an ingredient for something similar that you do like without any issue.
