Hi! I'm Jaclyn, a Holistic Nutritionist, food lover and recipe creator!

I began sharing recipes back in 2013 when I fell in love with food and began getting creative in the kitchen. Shortly after graduating from nutrition school, I began recipe testing and creating for clients along with various food and nutrition companies. This taught me so many invaluable skills including how to create delicious, easy and healthy recipes that are foolproof and most importantly taste delicious.

Working with clients who were unsure in the kitchen and short on time, I realized I could easily share my recipes and teach them how to cook delicious and easy meals.

They needed someone to create easy meals that were tried and tested and could be made in under one hour. This is where I THRIVE! I truly love creating easy, healthy and delicious meals that are packed with flavor, taste gourmet but won't require much time from you.

As an entrepreneur, I know time is valuable which is why I created this e-cookbook and continue to share my recipes and tips. You won't need anything else other than the food (which is listed out in an organized and easy to follow list!).
