Guys can be pretty picky when it comes to food and eating healthy. I know that living with my partner Sam (pictured above) for the past five years, dinner time can be difficult. For the most part, he is open to trying lots of new things, but there are definitely things that he does not like and I hear about them, cue *eye roll* here. Examples include: lentils(!), chickpeas(!), sun dried tomatoes(?), anything identified as gluten free (yeah, for real), “fake pizza” (one made with cauliflower/almond flour/gluten free) and quinoa.
