I wrote one of these posts back in 2016 and knew that it was time to write another one and update it a little. The holidays are coming up and if you have people in your life that are into all things holistic, green beauty and eco-chic, this guide is full of the best eco friendly gift ideas is for you. Or if that someone is you, you’re still in the right place! I love supporting brands that align with my values, vision and are doing what they can to make this world a better place. As the holiday season begins (it already technically began in Canada weeks ago with Thanksgiving), I know how hard it can be to stay mindful. To stay present. To not want to eat everything in sight. To enjoy the holidays for what they are and just have fun. So I wanted to talk about and share my holidays eating tips with you. Because at the end of the day, we know what we should be eating (probably more veggies) but lack this apparent ‘willpower’ to say no to things. Hint- it has nothing to do with your willpower….
With it being officially December and the holidays and Christmas coming up so soon, I thought it would be fun to share some of my favourite gifts that you can pick up for a special someone. I truly love giving people gifts and have learned how much fun it is to see the look on someones face when you surprise them with a thoughtful gift from the heart. Growing up I would love Christmas morning, running down the stairs and seeing all the presents under the tree, I was lucky to have that and unfortunately so many kids don’t get that same experience. Now that I am grown up, I also see how stressful this time of year can be for so many people, so if I can help with my ethical gift guide then I am all for it.
