This interactive workshop is designed to show you how to recognize the triggers that cause emotional and binge eating and develop practical strategies and tools to help you become more in tune with your body’s needs.
Throughout this workshop, we will discuss some of the principles of intuitive eating and how they can support you on your own journey.
By diving deeper into these topics, you will be better equipped to deal with your emotions while strengthening your relationship with food and yourself. It is through this work that true food freedom is possible.
